The F.G.H.T. Health Ministry is excited to offer a Health and Fitness Expo, to be held on Saturday, September 29th, 2018, beginning at 9:00a. This will be a wonderful opportunity to jump-start that new diet or to learn about the things our bodies need to function properly. The registration fee is just $10/person.BEFORE YOU REGISTER, please take some time to read this important info about the event.
CLASSES
In addition to various booths providing important screenings and health-related vendors, the Health and Fitness Expo will offer five classes spread across five sessions. Each registrant will have the opportunity to attend each class based on your own availability. Once you get to the “Add-Ons” screen, please select one class per session, beginning at 10:15a. The classes you get to choose from are:
- Meal Planning: Time management for a healthy lifestyle
- Calorie Education: Input/Output, Metabolism, Nutrition Labels
- Fitness Demo: Including both low and medium-high impact demonstrations
- Mammogram
- Creating an Exercise Plan

- 8:30a-9:00a: Check-in

CPR TRAINING
We are excited to offer a CPR certification class at a discounted rate of $25, exclusively for our Health Fair Registrants. This is a four-hour class that will take up most of the health fair time, so please be sure to visit the vendor booths before the class begins!
